Ethnographies
Intensive 1:1 insight gathering based on personal interviews,
journaling, and/or (permission based) "shadowing" of customers throughout their
day. By getting to know Joe in their own environment, we learn
how they consume products, services and information. We understand their
challenges, their family dynamics, their relationship with your
brand and those of your competitors. Ethnographic reports are
frequently graphic in nature - videos, journals, photos and so on -
in addition to a written summary report.
